Bronze medalists at the Baikal Open were #7 Aryan Tyutrin (BLR) and Dimchik Batomunkuev. Lev Pavlov won Junior Nationals over Khalid Magomedov with Dzhabrail Tulaev and Khabib Mekhtikhanov taking bronze. Agym Mongush won the Siberian Federal District Tournament over Kuder Mongush with Aislan Mongush and Achty Mongush taking bronze.

#2 Abasgadzhi Magomedov won his showcase match at PWL 4 against #3 Taiyrbek Zhumashbek Uulu (KGZ) by pin. Kezhik Mongush won the Siberian Federal District Tournament over Kezhik Seden with Roman Astanaev and #5 (57) Artur Chebodaev taking bronze. 2021 Russian Nationals bronze medalist Aldar Balzhinimaev won the Baikal Open by injury default over #14 Tuvshintulga Tumenbileg (MGL) with Bekbolot Myzanazar Uulu (KGZ) and Kezhik Mongush taking bronze. Eldar Akhmadudinov took gold at Junior Nationals over 2021 Yarygin bronze medalist Abdurakhman Rasulov with Aidamir Shigalugov and Rustam Zhilyasov taking bronze.

#1 Abdulmazhid Kudiev transferred to Tajikistan and is out of the rankings. #2 Shamil Mamedov beat him February in the finals of the Iranian Pro League to take the number one spot. #1 Shamil Mamedov won his showcase match against 2020 Olympic silver medalist #6 Haji Aliyev (AZE) at PWL 4. With the removal of Abdulmazhid Kudiev and #10 Magomed Baitukaev from the rankings, Baikal Open bronze medalist Dasha Sharastepanov and Siberian Federal District Tournament champion Kezhik Chimba fill in the #9 and #10 spot in the rankings.

Dalgat Abdulkadyrov won Junior Nationals over Gadzhimurad Gadzhiev with Adam Arkhiev and Akhmednabi Ubaidulaev taking bronze. Bulat Batoev won the Baikal Open by forfeit over #3 Ibragim Ibragimov with #9 Dasha Sharastepanov and Nyurgun Skryabin (BLR) taking bronze. #10 Kezhik Chimba won the Siberian Federal District Tournament over 2019 Russian Nationals bronze medalist Yulian Gergenov with Ezir Tylyush and Chaiian Mongush taking bronze.

#3 Konstantin Kaprynov takes the number one spot in Russia after winning the Baikal Open, where he beat #1 Evgheni Zherbaev to make the finals. Kaprynov took gold by way of a 9-4 decision of Kiril Korneev. Bronze medalists at the Baikal Open were Sayin Kazyryk and Vitali Esin. #6 Kurban Shiraev won his showcase match at PWL 4 over Aliakbar Fazlikhalili (IRI). Magomed Baitukaev won Junior Nationals over Magomed Labazanov with Tamir Yeshinimaev and Vladimir Boyanovsky taking bronze. Ruslan Zhendaev won the Siberian Federal District Tournament over Sayin Kazyryk with Kiril Korneev and Ramazan Yakubov taking bronze.

#2 Razambek Zhamalov won his showcase match at PWL 4 against #3 (70) Ilyas Bekbulatov (UZB) by pin. Azamat Nurikov (BLR) won the Baikal Open over Batbayar Batsukh (MGL) with Aldan Avvakumov and Suldkhuu Olonbayar (MGL) taking bronze. Anton Suchkov won Junior Nationals over Jamal Margushev with Alu Dukhaev and Malamagomed Gadzhiev taking bronze. Semen Tereschenko won the Siberian Federal District Tournament over Barseh Boyajyan with Dmitri Budazhapov and Gadjir Godzhaev taking bronze.

#1 Akhmed Usmanov won his showcase match at PWL 4 against Asian Champion #11 Bolat Sakaev (KAZ). Dmitry Kuprin is back in the rankings at #8 for winning the Siberian Federal District Tournament, beating #8 Nikita Suchkov on his way to the finals where he took gold over Bayar-Saikhan Bady. Bronze medalists at the Baikal Open were Ruslan Hovhannesyan and Nikita Suchkov. Suchkov falls out of the rankings for losses to #8 Dmitri Kuprin and Arsen Balayan. Ibrahim Kadiev won Junior Nationals over Shamil Kadilov with Ibrahim Khubaev and Arsen Balayan taking bronze. Arsen Balayan won the Baikal Open over Andrei Karpach (BLR) with Nikita Suchkov and Roman Nikolaev taking bronze.

Dmitri Zainidinov won the Siberian Federal District Tournament over Konstantin Grachev with Timur Kotaev and Mikhail Kovaleg taking bronze. Muhammad-Tanier Khaniev won Junior Nationals over Ali Shakriev with Vlad Friesen and Yusup Shaipov taking bronze. #4 Arslan Bagaev lost his showcase match at PWL 4 against #5 (INT) Azamat Dauletbekov (KAZ). Dmitri Zainidinov won the Baikal Open Bat-Erdene Byambasuren (MGL) with Rasul Tikhaev (BLR) and Timur Kotaev taking bronze.

#1 Dauren Kurugliev dropped back down to 86 KG and transferred to Greece and has been removed from 92 KG rankings. #2 Alan Bagaev is the new number one at 92 KG. #10 Ivan Kirillov took silver at the Baikal Open to Orgiloh Dagvadorj (MGL) with Konstantin Pshenichnikov and Yuri Ivanov taking bronze. Mustafagadzhi Malachdibirov won Junior Nationals over Yeremey Sergeev with Kilab Musaev and Ruslan Yurshin taking bronze. #10 Kombu-Dorzhu Oorzhak won the Siberian Federal District Tournament over Konstantin Pshenichnikov with Ivan Kirillov taking bronze.

#2 Magomed Kurbanov beat #14 Batyrbek Tsakulov (SVK) in his showcase match at PWL 4. Islam Kilchukov won Junior Nationals over Shaman Nukhayev with Anton Puschechkin and Azamat Yakhtulov taking bronze. Nikita Akulinchev won the Siberian Federal District Tournament over Otchugash Demir-Khaya with Bady-Maadir Samdan taking bronze. Nikita Akulinchev won the Baikal Open over Vladislav Kozlov (BLR) with Ilyas Zhibalov and Alexander Hushtyn (BLR) taking bronze.

#7 Dzianis Khramiankov (BLR) won the Baikal Open over Vitali Pasniak (BLR) by forfeit. Bronze medalists at the Baikal Open were #5 Znaur Kotisev and David Dzugaev. Pavel Krivstov won the Siberian Federal District Tournament over Mihail Zinov with Lorsan Sambu and Shota Kortiev taking bronze. Said Khasan Akhmatov won Junior Nationals over Akhmed Shugaibov with Rasul Kapsergenov and Khabib Davudgadzhiev taking bronze. 

Pound for Pound

#13 Abdulmazhid Kudiev transferred to Tajikistan and has been removed from the pound for pound rankings. #20 Dauren Kurugliev has transferred to Greece and been removed from the rankings. Konstantin Kaprynov enters the pound for pound rankings for beating #5 Evgheni Zherbaev in the 70KG finals of the Baikal Open. Kaprynov has now registered victories over three Russian Nationals finalists in the form of #16 Evgheni Zherbaev, Israel Kasumov, and Anzor Zakuev, in the past 6 months. Zherbaev drops eleven spots in the rankings to #16 for his loss to Kaprynov.
